82 completed jobs in Palm Beach Gardens for 51 customers since October 2024 — and the mix here is different from anywhere else we work: maintenance visits are our number-one job type, not emergency repair. Most of it is in 33410 (41 jobs) and 33418 (30). Florida contractor CAC1824422.
In the Gardens our customers mostly call us on a schedule rather than in a panic. Of 82 completed jobs, the largest single category is planned maintenance — and the second is small electrical components caught before they stranded anyone.
$200 per year, per system — two visits · $49 diagnostic, free when you approve the repair · 2-year labor warranty · Saturday is a regular working day · after 6 PM and on Sundays: $149 emergency call fee + $49 diagnostic

Palm Beach Gardens coverage by ZIP
- 33410 — 41 jobs (PGA Blvd corridor, east of the Turnpike)
- 33418 — 30 jobs (PGA National and the western communities)
- 33412 — 10 jobs (northwest, Ibis side)
What our Gardens work actually consists of
- Maintenance visits — 14 jobs. Our most common job type in this city. Coil wash, drain flush and treatment, capacitor reading, amp draw on the compressor and blower, refrigerant charge check.
- Electrical components — 8 jobs. Capacitors, contactors and high-voltage starter groups. These are the parts that fail first in Florida and the cheapest to replace before they fail.
- System replacement — 6 jobs, drain lines — 5, thermostats — 5, refrigerant — 4, compressor start components — 3, duct and grille work — 3 (including relocating supply grilles in a living room that never cooled evenly).
Honest pricing from Gardens invoices
- Service and repair visits: median $300, typical range $200–$575.
- Our largest Gardens project to date invoiced at $11,720 (full system replacement); a smaller changeout came in at $3,100.
- Diagnostic $49, credited to the repair on the same visit.
How fast we can really get to the Gardens
The Gardens is at the northern end of our daily run. We book same-day when a truck is already working in the north county, and otherwise the next morning. The phone line is answered 24/7. We would rather give you a real window than a marketing promise — that is why this page does not claim a depot on PGA Blvd.
If you need cooling restored tonight, say so when you call and we will tell you immediately whether we can do it or whether you should try someone closer.
Why a plan makes more sense here than an emergency call
Six of the eight electrical failures we found in the Gardens were on systems that had not been serviced in over a year. A capacitor tested at a maintenance visit costs a fraction of the same capacitor replaced at 9 PM in July with a house at 84°F. The plan is one tier — $200 a year per system, two visits — and it includes priority scheduling. See what is on the checklist →
Palm Beach Gardens FAQ
Do you service PGA National and the country-club communities?
Yes — 33418 is 30 of our 82 Gardens jobs. We are used to gate access, HOA equipment-screening rules and scheduled work windows.
My system is cooling but the bill is high. Worth a visit?
Usually yes. A dirty condenser coil or a weak capacitor makes the compressor draw more amps for the same cooling. That is measurable in ten minutes with a clamp meter.
Which brands do you install and service?
Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, York, Daikin and ductless mini-splits. Equipment warranties run up to 12 years from the manufacturer on qualifying systems; our labour warranty is 2 years.
Do you do ductwork?
Yes — we have relocated grilles and added supply runs in the Gardens. If one room is always 4°F warmer, it is usually airflow, not the AC.
Can I get the $49 diagnostic on a second opinion?
That is one of the most useful ways to spend $49. We will measure it ourselves and tell you what we would do.
