Where in Boca Raton we actually work
These are our real job counts by ZIP code, not a service-area map we drew around the city:
- 33432 (East Boca, downtown, Mizner) — 141 jobs
- 33433 (Boca Del Mar, Boca Pointe) — 122 jobs
- 33434 (Town Center, Century Village area) — 106 jobs
- 33428 (West Boca, Sandalfoot) — 76 jobs
- 33487 (North Boca, Broken Sound corridor — our own ZIP) — 68 jobs
- 33496 (Broken Sound, Woodfield) — 57 jobs
- 33486 (Central Boca) — 56 jobs
- 33498 (far West Boca) — 31 jobs
- 33431 (Northeast Boca, FAU area) — 25 jobs
If your address is in any of those ZIP codes, we have almost certainly worked on a system a few streets from you.
The repairs we run most often in Boca Raton
Counting how our Boca work orders were written up, the ranking is not what most homeowners expect:
- Condensate drain lines — 71 jobs. Clogged, flushed, re-piped, float switches replaced. In Boca this is the number-one reason an AC shuts itself off or drips into a ceiling, and it has nothing to do with the compressor.
- Full or partial system replacement — 67 jobs. See the pricing section below.
- Maintenance visits — 50 jobs. Mostly on our $200-per-year, two-visit plan.
- Evaporator and condenser coils — 34 jobs. Cleaned, replaced, leak-tested.
- Diagnostics that ended in a small fix — 34 jobs, plus 21 blower and fan-motor replacements, 19 refrigerant jobs, 18 thermostats and 17 indoor-air-quality installs (UV, media filters).
Full detail on the repair process is on our AC repair page.
What Boca Raton customers actually paid
We would rather publish our own numbers than a made-up “average”. From paid Boca Raton invoices:
- Service and repair calls: half came in at $330 or less; the middle range was roughly $200–$600.
- System replacements and large projects (48 jobs over $4,000): median about $7,700, the range ran from $4,150 to $25,198 for a large multi-system home.
- Diagnostic: $49, and it comes off the bill when you approve the repair on the same visit.
Your number depends on tonnage, SEER2 and access. We put it in writing before anything is touched. 0% APR financing is available on qualifying credit for replacements.
July is the month Boca AC systems give up
Our Boca job volume by month is heavily seasonal: 109 jobs in July, 88 in August, 79 in June, 76 in May — against 29–31 in November and December. Every summer we see the same pattern: a system that limped through spring with a weak capacitor or a half-blocked drain fails on the first 92°F afternoon.
If your system is 10+ years old, the cheapest week of the year to look at it is in March or April, not in July when everyone is calling at once.
Condos, HOAs and coastal homes east of US-1
A big share of our 33432 and 33431 work is in buildings, not houses: fan coils in closets, roof-mounted condensers, freight-elevator windows and HOA approval paperwork. East of US-1 we recommend coated, coastal-grade condensers — salt air eats standard coils. We also handle the permits and the Palm Beach County inspection on replacements.
Commercial properties — restaurants, medical offices, retail — are covered on our commercial HVAC page.
What our customers say
Reviews below are verbatim from our Google and Thumbtack profiles (5.0 rating, 140+ Google reviews, Thumbtack Top Pro with 250+). They are from across our service area rather than one city:
“Our AC stopped working and they were able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and get the system running again. The technician Oleg was super professional, explained exactly what was wrong…” — Olga S., Google
Boca Raton HVAC — questions we get asked
How fast can you be here?
Boca is the city we cover best — on most weekdays we can take a same-day slot, and our line is answered around the clock. We will tell you honestly on the phone if the next realistic window is tomorrow morning.
Water is dripping from the ceiling near the air handler. Is that a big repair?
Usually not. That is the drain-line failure we handled 71 times in Boca. A flush, a treatment and a float-switch check is a routine visit, and it is normally in the $200–$400 band.
Do you charge extra at night or on a Sunday?
Yes. A $149 emergency call fee applies after 6:00 PM and on Sundays, in addition to the $49 diagnostic.
Is there a maintenance plan?
One plan: $200 per year per system, two visits — one before the cooling season, one after. That is what 50 of our Boca jobs were. Details on the maintenance page.
What warranty do I get?
Two years on our labour. Equipment carries the manufacturer’s own warranty — up to 12 years on qualifying Daikin systems when registered.
Which brands do you install?
Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, York and Daikin, plus ductless. We are a Daikin dealer in Boca Raton.
