What Fort Lauderdale calls us for
The job mix here is genuinely different from Palm Beach County. Almost none of it is system replacement; nearly all of it is keeping existing equipment alive in buildings:
- Coil work — 5 jobs. Evaporator coil replacement and condenser coil cleaning, the most common single job type in the city for us.

My condo board requires an approved vendor with insurance on file. Is that a problem?
